Come see what happens in people’s lives when they discover God through the study of His Word, the Bible. Our classes meet weekly during the school year. Each class participant receives a course book with a commentary and home study questions. Each week, you’ll participate in small group discussions and a large group teaching. From time to time, fellowships will provide special times of sharing and relationship building within the class.
We have an excellent Next Gen Children and Youth Ministry for babies, preschoolers, children, youth and teens.
Through a variety of activities such as: Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, crafts, music, games and other activities, we seek to provide a nurturing environment where babies, preschoolers and children can learn about Jesus' wonderful love for them. We also come alongside parents as they teach and train their children to live out God's truths in their lives. Youth and teen studies include Bible study with discussion time, Scripture memory and lesson related activities. We welcome your babies, preschoolers, children, youth and teens to experience the love of Jesus through our CBS Next Gen Children and Youth Ministry.
For 2022-23, all main class members will meet in person. We may switch to meet via Zoom if changes in federal, state, local or church policies warrant such a change.
As always, we ask that you not attend class if you are not feeling well. Additionally, if you have symptoms of COVID, have a positive COVID test, or have been exposed to COVID, or in a living situation with others who test positive for COVID, do not attend class in order to protect all our class members and teachers. Notify your Core Leader of your absence and keep up with the class by continuing to do your lessons and viewing the video teachings through the Fisher website.
Tuesdays 7-8:15 pm

2022-23 Class Year
Studying: Christian Leadership,
Christian Living and James
Christian Leadership emphasizes the essentials necessary for a church to be united and grounded in God’s truth. In these three letters to young pastors (1 and 2 Timothy, and Titus), Paul gave instructions for teaching sound doctrine, avoiding false teachers, and fostering an environment of spiritual health. Chronologically, 2 Timothy is the final letter Paul wrote. It offers a poignant picture of his vision, faith, and legacy.
This study of Philemon; 1, 2, and 3 John; and Jude contains plenty of practical guidance for living the Christ-centered life. The letters were written to encourage Christians to live lives of truth and love in the midst of cultures that did not necessarily embrace either. Class members will learn how to deal with false teachers, how to be sure of their salvation, and much more in this highly relevant course.
The epistle James is one of the most practical books in the Bible. This course’s lessons encourage each class member to lead a more consistent, caring Christian life and to explore the practical application of faith in family and society.
